“Alice in WonderLand” : Systemic Phenomenology Work
Family Constellation Work (FC) as developed by Bert Hellinger, is founded on phenomenology. One observes the constellation being a phenomenon, which has the capacity to make its information shown (through the Constellation) in a lot of ways and shapes of form.
When the informational field of a given Human System is being hold by the Facilitator with care and real openness, then we can witness certain Movements to appear through the Representatives. These Movements reveal the inner dynamics in family systems and present the system’s state of disorder or its internal ability to exchange with other human systems.
What really happens in a Constellation cannot be answered in a causal or linear way. Instead, we need to look very carefully to the unfolding movements of the representatives and how their own “dialogue” with the Constellation field is producing any meaningful “signs”. These “signs” may act like “anchors” to the facilitator’s mind, linking him directly with a phenomenological state of mind and perception.
This Workshop is consisting of three parts:

(b) “Alice In Wonder Land” experiential systemic process in the plenary room (not breakouts)

Nikos is the founder and director of the Life Alphabet System™, a Social Coop Enterprise (Edu) for Personal & Professional Development, based in Athens & Santorini, Greece. Their programs include experiential learning, counselling, training, psychotherapy, and publications on Systemic Thinking, Systemic Phenomenology, Organizational Leadership, Self-Leadership, NLP, Coaching, Transpersonal Psychology, Business Mentoring, and Social Entrepreneurship. Their clientele includes individuals, couples, groups, company executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations mainly in Greece & Cyprus. Nikos is the editor/translator of 45 titles, author of 3 systemic books and 7 training dossiers, and co-publisher with Anna Saliverou of the Life Alphabet Editions.
Nikos has been trained in Systemic Phenomenology Work with Hellinger, Beaumont, Weber, Schneider, Baxa, Madelung, Ulsamer, Stam, et.al. (2001-2007), in Deep Memory Process and Ancestors Work (R. Woolger), NLP & Coaching (Institute of California) and in Self-Leadership (University of Santa Monica). He is also a certified Business Mentor in the EU “Early Warning Program”. He co-founded the Hellenic Institute for the Development of Anthropo-Systems (EIDAS, 2019) serving as their Vice-Chairman. Under this role, he got appointed as Head of the ISCA Hellenic Chapter, and also elected twice as a Member to ISCA Board (2021-2025).

ANNA SALIVEROU
Personal Development Consultant, Systemic Counselor and Constellations Facilitator for individuals, couples, and groups, working at the LIFE ALPHABET® System. Anna specializes in systemic research and the experimental development of new tools and techniques in the fields of Human Systems Phenomenology and Family Constellations. She is focused on synthesizing and applying to her work innovative methods and techniques of transpersonal psychology, such as Colour Profiling (CPR), Colour PsychoDynamics (CPD), Deep Memory Process (DMP).
Anna is an NLP Practitioner, Personal Coaching Practitioner (NHS, Athens), as well as a graduate of a 4-year professional program on Phenomenology & Family Constellations (Life Alphabet, Athens). She is a Member of ISCA and a co-founder and administrator of EIDAS (The Hellenic Constellations Association). Together with Nikos, she directs Life Alphabet Editions, being responsible for the language editing functions of the publications. She is also the author of the best-selling book Tastes of Love in the Caldera of Time about the gastronomy of her motherland, Santorini Island.
