Cecilio is an international trainer on Organizational Constellations, in Europe and Latin America, working in more than 40 countries. He works with international companies and organizations as a Business and Systemic Consultant. He designed trainings and university postgraduate courses in several countries and participates actively in several Congresses as a guest speaker and catalyst. 

With more than 45 years of business experience in companies from different sectors, he is a natural entrepreneur, having created a lot of companies in different areas. Due to his experience and his many contacts with companies in many countries, he has a broad and unique vision of companies and organizations. 

Cecilio is a Master Trainer Certified by INFOSYON (International Forum for System Constellations in Organizations) and an expert in Systemic Management methodology. He is an Industrial Engineer with a post-graduation in Business Management. His trainings and consulting are currently conducted in 4 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, English and French) that he speaks fluently. 

 Cecilio offers an International Systemic Management & Organizational Constellations Certification in a lot of countries, online & live. He has certified over 800 professionals worldwide and is a reference in Organizational Constellations.  

 He has developed an online constellations tool with excellent results attracting customers’ and trainees’ satisfaction.
