The Shadow of the FC Facilitator
PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP:
Gain awareness of the Shadow of the facilitator, how it influences our position, width of perception and safe space holding. Learn how to identify the presence of the Shadow and experience a Shadow Constellations guided process to support Shadow integration.
STRUCTURE OF THE WORKSHOP:
Introduction, some theory, Shadow identification process, Shadow integration process, sharing, summary.
PROCESS AND STEPS:
Half the time will be dedicated to theory and Facilitator Shadow identification process. The other half for the integration process, sharing and summary.
We may be using breakout rooms for sharing and/or practice. In groups of 3 or 4.

- A teacher of Family Constellations and Embodied Shadow Work.
- The developer of the Shadow Constellations approach.
- A body psychotherapist (Grinberg method).
Nir is a staff member in the Constellation Path school, the Systemic Trauma online University and Embodiment facilitator course Russia.
Nir’s teaching is focused on helping professionals to become deeper, safer and more successful. He works mainly with therapists, facilitators, coaches, practitioners and teachers.
